Special Education

The special education staff is a highly qualified dedicated group of professionals who work with students with varied needs and abilities.

Teachers work with students in directed instruction settings, team taught classrooms, and our own resource room.  The resource room is a classroom in the East building (room 104) where students can receive assistance throughout the day as needed.  Many students come in for assistance on class work, help with projects, or to have a test or quiz read.

Staff members also work closely with general education teachers. Working together and collaborating ensures quality educational opportunities are provided for students with special needs in the general education environment.

In addition to the professional teaching staff, we also have experienced paraprofessionals who provide assistance during the day.

If you have questions or concerns please contact your son/daughters IEP Teacher of Record.  The directory information is located within this site.
