If you forget your Username or your Password, click on the “Forgot Username or Password?”  link below the sign in

If you forgot your username, select the 'Forget Username?' tab to fill in the email address that you used when creating your account. A message will be sent to your email that contains your username. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you forgot your password, make sure you are on the 'Password?' tab. Fill in your email address that you used to create your account. A link to change your password will be sent to you via email. The link is valid for a limited time. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

DO THIS AGAIN.  Click on the link in the email, it will take you to a “create a new password” screen.

Put in your username and a new password.  Re-enter the new password. 

If you have forgot both, username and password, both steps must be completed.
