Community Flyers Policy

Organizations that would like to distribute flyers to students or families will follow the steps below:
1. Email a copy of your flyer to [email protected]. In your email, include which schools you would like to distribute your flyer to and if you would prefer digital or paper distribution.
2. You will receive an email response from our communications director with your approval.
a. Paper option: Provide one paper copy of your flyer for each student and deliver the flyer to the schools.
b. Digital option: The communications department will upload your flyer to our Peachjar flyer delivery system. Flyers are emailed to families every Monday and Thursday.
All flyers must be approved by the PTS Communications Department prior to distribution and meet the following criteria:
1. The organization must be advertising an event or program that supports the needs of the students in our school district.
2. The flyer must be free of profanity, hatred, nudity, and references to drugs, alcohol, and related paraphernalia. Flyers must follow all PTS school board policies.
3. Flyers are distributed once per organization event, registration, course session, etc. Repeat distribution of a flyer is prohibited.
4. To ensure timely distribution, submit your flyer for approval at least one week prior to the requested distribution date.
