Grade 12 instructions:
Students will not attend PHS this day
Students are required to complete one of the following activities:
College Visit (verification from the college required)
Job Shadow (letter from the host/supervisor)
Attend their vocational program (transportation is not provided this day)
Work at current job (screen shot of schedule or letter from employer verifying you worked)
Military visit (verification from the recruiter required)
Community Service (letter from the supervisor)
Online activity and reflection paper (to be released by Oct 6)
Students will be marked Unexcused until documentation is received
Submit documentation to the assignment in the Student Services Schoology course
Grades 9-11 Instructions:
Testing will take place in homerooms beginning at 7:30 AM and end approximately 11:00 AM. We will continue with a regular school day once testing is completed.
Attendance is mandatory for all students in grades 9-11
Grade 11 vocational students are to test and not attend AM vocational. All transportation has been canceled.
PM Vocational students will have a study hall in the afternoon and should report to the LGI.
Your school issued device is required for this assessment. Personal devices cannot be used.
Some students may be testing in alternate locations - notices will be given to the homeroom teacher to make sure students are aware of what room to report to. Please make sure you know where you are testing.
Grade 11 students - this is the only opportunity for you to compete for the National Merit Scholarship Competition which could lead to substantial financial aid.
