Vision and Hearing Screenings

Prevention Programs: Regular screenings help find common health problems early. Early treatment helps children stay healthy and reach their full potential.

Hearing: Screenings are done in grades K, 1, 4, 7, and 10.

Vision: Screenings are done in grades K, 1, 3, 5, and 8.

Glasses: If you or someone you know has trouble getting glasses for your child because of money issues, please contact the Nurse or Health Assistant at your school clinic. They can help.

Healthcare: If your child needs healthcare, contact the clinic staff at your child’s school or call Pat Olson, Health Services Director, at 764-6953 for help.
